The kitchens are fully equipped, all linens and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs and umbrellas, 6-speed aluminum bicycles, weber grills, and TVs in every bedroom.

Activities:
Swimming, ATM/bank, outlet malls, sight seeing, bird watching, movie theater, ski lifts, beach, ice skating, hiking, festivals, mountain climbing, groceries, The houses have central air conditioning for the summer months. Open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans to make the fall, winter and spring quite comfortable. A cordless phone with answering machine, fax machine and modem connection is also provided. Yes, there is cell phone reception on the Island.

Leave the car parked, as you're only a 2-5 minute walk to the wonderful local restaurants and shops in Captiva's "island style" village. Enjoy the extensive bike paths on Captiva and Sanibel with our new men's and ladies' 6-speed aluminum bicycles. Golf is available at two 18-hole courses just 20 minutes away on nearby Sanibel Island.

A $500 advance payment via AMEX, Visa or MasterCard will hold your reservation, the balance not due until 60 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is available at 3.5% of weekly rate. 11% Florida taxes must be added to rates.
